Refer comments by Anumarlapudi: What does the fact that the person wearing helmet had post accident problems persisting even after three years while the person not wearing helmet has not suffered any serious debility from the same accident, indicate? It is a question of answer, who can answer?

Helmet cannot ensure complete safety to a two wheeler, which is a highly unbalanced vehicle. Safety is to be practised first by each road user. If still there is an accident, helmet saves the head injury and people have escaped severe brain damage. But helmet has to be designed to suit to the climate to ventilate the heat trapped inside.
